Vegan Ski Holidays
In celebration of World Vegan Day on 1st November we’re launching a new vegan menu. Welcome to France’s first provider vegan ski holidays! We believe that many aspects of animal agriculture are environmentally unsound, and many people are choosing to eat less meat for health reasons. While switching to an entirely plant based diet might seem overwhelming, the possibility of enjoying vegan food in a gourmet and creative dining environment does not.
Introducing – The Vegan Detox Menu – perfect for vegans, vegetarians, conscious consumers or simply those seeking to explore plant based dining.
The Vegan Detox menu is available on our vegan ski holidays, including the Wellbeing Ski Experience and our Full Moon Mountain Yoga Retreats. The menu has been designed with nutrition in mind, to allow you to perform at your peak on the mountain. The Detox Vegan menu is packed with protein and slow release carbohydrates. Inclusion of key ingredients such as ginger, turmeric, leafy greens, herbs, spices and lemon aid detoxification. As does exclusion of others, like sugar and dairy. Despite these features, the Vegan Detox menu is still wonderfully decadent, and a true celebration French alpine dining.

We have chosen to include local honey in our Vegan Detox menu. While not strictly vegan, we believe that local honey helps boost bee populations. Above all, local honey is a nutritional sweetener with very low air miles. However, we would be happy to replace honey with agave syrup on request.
